The young racquet sport is a hybrid of tennis, squash and the fronton court. But unlike its predecessors, padel is played entirely within four walls which players use to their strategic advantage. Just like CUPRA, the innovative sport dares to redefine the rules of the game and sportiness itself.
Today, Padel is the fastest-growing sport in Ireland and across Europe. We will embark together on this journey, propelling our worldwide challenger spirit ignited by thrills and emotions, to grow our tribe and expand the sport across the continent and beyond. 2024 IPT CUPRA Tournament
In 2024, the inaugural CUPRA Tournament took place in multiple locations around the island of Ireland. Aligned with the Irish Padel Tour, this special category invited social players to regional heats to battle for a place in the All Ireland CUPRA Championship in September 2024. Regional heats were held in Dublin, Belfast, Rosslare, and Naas, with the grand final taking place in Bushy Park from 13th–15th September.
